Indicator Design Studio Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This AUP defines prohibited behavior when using Indicator Design Studio.

1. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Platform to:

  1. violate any law, sanctions program, or regulatory restriction;
  2. conduct fraud, phishing, impersonation, money laundering, or deceptive activity;
  3. manipulate markets, abuse referral mechanics, or perform wash-like patterns through Platform tooling;
  4. exploit vulnerabilities, bypass controls, or perform unauthorized access attempts;
  5. run abusive scraping, traffic floods, or denial-of-service behavior;
  6. upload malware or harmful code;
  7. infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
  8. use stolen wallets, credentials, or unauthorized API keys.

2. Abuse of Billing/Referral/Token Mechanics

You must not:

  1. attempt synthetic or circular activity to inflate referral metrics;
  2. attempt to bypass qualification, anti-abuse, compliance, or payout controls;
  3. abuse beta features to trigger accounting inconsistencies;
  4. attempt to reverse or fraudulently dispute final on-chain utility actions.

3. Security Duties

You are responsible for:

  1. wallet and key security;
  2. device and endpoint security;
  3. safe storage of account credentials;
  4. immediate reporting of suspected account compromise.

4. Enforcement

For violations or risk indicators, we may:

  1. throttle, restrict, or suspend features;
  2. freeze payout flows pending review;
  3. terminate access immediately;
  4. retain logs/evidence and cooperate with lawful authority requests.

5. Reporting

To report abuse or security issues, use official support/legal channels published in the Platform.
