Indicator Design Studio Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This AUP defines prohibited behavior when using Indicator Design Studio.
1. Prohibited Uses
You must not use the Platform to:
- violate any law, sanctions program, or regulatory restriction;
- conduct fraud, phishing, impersonation, money laundering, or deceptive activity;
- manipulate markets, abuse referral mechanics, or perform wash-like patterns through Platform tooling;
- exploit vulnerabilities, bypass controls, or perform unauthorized access attempts;
- run abusive scraping, traffic floods, or denial-of-service behavior;
- upload malware or harmful code;
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
- use stolen wallets, credentials, or unauthorized API keys.
2. Abuse of Billing/Referral/Token Mechanics
You must not:
- attempt synthetic or circular activity to inflate referral metrics;
- attempt to bypass qualification, anti-abuse, compliance, or payout controls;
- abuse beta features to trigger accounting inconsistencies;
- attempt to reverse or fraudulently dispute final on-chain utility actions.
3. Security Duties
You are responsible for:
- wallet and key security;
- device and endpoint security;
- safe storage of account credentials;
- immediate reporting of suspected account compromise.
4. Enforcement
For violations or risk indicators, we may:
- throttle, restrict, or suspend features;
- freeze payout flows pending review;
- terminate access immediately;
- retain logs/evidence and cooperate with lawful authority requests.
5. Reporting
To report abuse or security issues, use official support/legal channels published in the Platform.
